Instead of masturbating with the intention of reaching orgasm, you should substitute a long edging session which helps with stamina and maximizes gains. As long as you normally edge, you really have nothing to be concerned with. In the future, just make more of a conscious effort to stay away from quickly masturbating and realize that by extending the experience with edging, you're helping promote growth. Don't beat yourself up over it though

Also, try not to end with an excercise that requires a full erect penis. End with jelqing for example. This way you know that when you're full erect, you cannot have an orgasm because you still need to do the jelqing. Also, while edging, don't watch porn, especially no cumshot cumpilations

I wouldn't worry about it. I have never found that popping at the end of a p.e. session to affect my gains. Most old-timers would agree with me, I do believe. I know DLD at Matters of Size, who started long before I did, never felt it interfered with his gains.
Don't sweat it, pal. Just do your best to try not to ejaculate, and if you do, then pat yourself on the back and consider it a "prized" reward for all your efforts.
As you progress, you will find that your dick will figure out that you don't want to pop every time. It's wired to do so.

I've been there. You need to learn to control your desires and urges. It is really hard, I'll tell you that. So your experience is no different from many others who are struggling with control over their sexual urges. You need to change your thoughts once you start thinking about getting off after your PE session. Once you start to think them, go do something else. Better yet, go out and put yourself in a situation around other people where you know you wont masturbate. You can choose the strategy that works best for you.

I agree 100% with this. This is a slow jog, not a race. I have popped about every day for the last two years. I have gained 1 inch length and .5 inch girth. Be it popping at the end if I know I am not getting the wife, or having sex with her. Could I have gained more if I didn't in those 2 years, I don't care. Everyone needs to stop feeling guilty and worrying about ejaculation at the end and focus on sound exercises for their goals. It will grow no matter what.

Coming from a person who has realized that (for me atleast) the thought and act of pleasuring a girl plays a HUGE factor in ejaculating when I dont want to yet...... would anyone agree that I could build stamina by edging, while still watching porn, but using the porn to train my mind and "de-sensatize" it from getting too overly aroused?
