  • new exercise in my program.

    I want to try an new exercise in my program.its simple;
    Erect jelqs (30% erect) the first week,
    Flaccid jelqs the second week.
    And so on.what are you guys think about that?give it a try?

    Ps:the flaccid jelqs are the new exercises in my program.
    November 2010: (BPEL 5.90 inch - girth 4.72 inch)
    Today: (BPEL 6.8 - girth 5.4 inch).

    Of course, give it a try. You don't have anything to loose. I think that jelqing while flaccid is more of a length excercise than regular jelqing which is done while 50-80% erect.
    BPEL: 6.875"+0.625"
    EG: 4.5"+0.315"

    30/8/10: 6.875x4.5"
    25/5/11: 7.375x4.5"
    1/4/12: 7.375x4.815"
    4/6/12: 7.5x4.815"

    Short Term Goal:7.5X5

    Long Term Goal:8x6

      30% is already a really low erection level for jelqs and I doubt that any erection level below this would allow you to push significantly enough blood in your penis and create a significant expansion.       You can try flaccid jelqs and see if you can achieve those (which I doubt...). If so, it means that your jelqs are efficient and should promote growth, if not then you should stick to the minimum erection level recommended to jelq, i.e. 30%
