  • Looking for a bit of help if possible

    As the title says, Im looking for some advice. Starting on site so i expect i may get more answers later this week/month

    Basically my issue is im looking to increase erection quality a bit further, but more importantly erection stamina and duration. When I do get hard its pretty solid, but even with stimulation it can be difficult to keep my erection, during pe and otherwise.


    My current routine is a progressive rep routine: (in the log)
    10 min warmup
    bathmate to suitable erection level
    13 squeezes
    2 20sec Ulis
    133 jelqs
    33 sts
    133 6 second kegels (with as many erect as possible
    5-15 minute rest
    10 minute edging


    Should I attempt to stretch out my edging session? lower the reps?
    Any advice appreciated.

    ps no meds taken, Im takign an L arg, zinc, and ginseng supplement, and while im slightly overweight, im active (exercise 3-4 times a week)

    Are you an experienced pe'er this routine would indicate you are?

      If you've been on and off for 3-4 years what I would most recommend is consistency. Pick a routine that you can live with and stick to it.

        Yea Ive doing PE off and on for 3 years, but ive spent the last 8 months really refocusing on it. i took a 2 week break in dec before restarting in january and the first week in march ( I plan one for the last week in april or first week in may then switching back to the Jelq free routine Big al reccomend me use), but other than some erractic eq and the erection stamina issue, Ive had good cues and even decent gains.
        Im pondering over adding reverse kegels after searching through the forums for similar issues, but someone whos more knowledgeable may recommend me something and I'll gladly listen.

          Yea, the last 8 months ive really pushed to work out 2-3 times a week depending on my body cues.
          And i may try adding the tea recipe. i drink at least one 6 oz cup of green tea daily but the added ingredients may help even more. Thx

            Reverse kegels are good you could try increaseing edging even a seperate session.
            I see your fat pad is small given that you are a little overweight.

              Just a one last question. will the extra edging decrease my penile sensitivity? Ive had issues in the past with ejaculation during regular intercourse.
