Basically my issue is im looking to increase erection quality a bit further, but more importantly erection stamina and duration. When I do get hard its pretty solid, but even with stimulation it can be difficult to keep my erection, during pe and otherwise.
My current routine is a progressive rep routine: (in the log)
10 min warmup
bathmate to suitable erection level
13 squeezes
2 20sec Ulis
133 jelqs
33 sts
133 6 second kegels (with as many erect as possible
5-15 minute rest
10 minute edging
Should I attempt to stretch out my edging session? lower the reps?
Any advice appreciated.
ps no meds taken, Im takign an L arg, zinc, and ginseng supplement, and while im slightly overweight, im active (exercise 3-4 times a week)
