  • Intermediate routine?

    Hey guys, I've been pe-ing on and off for about 8 months now since I completed JP's routine. (Did JP's from october to december last year) I achieved some pretty solid gains, half inch in bpel and just under quatre inch in girth. I also lost 10 pounds by cuttting sweets out of my diet. lol

    Anyway, what I'm asking for is tips on building an intermediate routine. I'm mainly looking for length, but any girth is more then welcome.

    One more thing to consider, I've developed what is starting to be a major turkey neck from jelqing/stretching, so any info on that problem is greatly appreciated.

    I have just started a length based intermediate routine that I have been working on for a while. I'm in my second week of doing it and I'm liking it so far. I do 4 days of length and 1 of girth.
    Current (20/02/2012) - BPEL: 7.3" (+0.8") MEG: 4.6" (+0.3")
    Short Term Goal - BPEL: 7.5" MEG: 4.75"
    Long Term Goal - BPEL: 8.5" MEG: 5.75"

      Id stick with the base of JP90 and just add longer time to stretching and jelqing. Maybe add some bundle stretches and uli's to the routine too.
