  • No Girth Gains?!?!

I have been doing JP90 religiously since the start of November, So far there are gains, so PE does work for the newbies! 1/4 inch in length, but absolutely ZERO in girth, any suggestions?
One of the theories/claims on PEGYM is that length should be focused on before girth, since there are many that found gaining length after girth gain to be extremely difficult. Does anyone have experience with this claim? is it valid?

My advice is to keep on the course you're on! You've only been PEing for a month and are already gaining, you're one of the lucky ones! Keep doing JP90s for another couple months and then you can reevaluate your routine if you decide you need to

OnTheFence, as said, keep on going with the JP90. The thing you need to keep in your head is that these first 3 months aren't about gaining size, gains in this time are just a bonus. This time is for conditioning your member, getting him ready for the big world of PE! Once you've finished the JP90 your penis will be the healthiest it's ever been, and that is when you decide if you want to focus more on length or more on girth. Completion of the JP90 will mean you're ready to safely do the more advanced girth-specific exercises.

Just to keep in your mind as well, girth comes a lot slower for quite a lot than length does. You may have gained slightly but not been able to see it because the gains are so small, but they'll add up soon Also, if you have no particular rush or need for girth, why try and change things up when you're gaining length well? 1/4" in one month is a great, great start and why not gain all the length you can as quick as you can then focus on girth?

The claim that you should focus on length before girth is because it is theorized that the more girth gains you get, the harder it is to see length gains. Picture you're holding a rubber band, you stretch it out and it stretches a long way and is easy. But if you double it up on itself, making it thicker. It becomes harder to stretch and doesn't reach the same stretched length. Its a bit more complicated and disputed than that but its just an image to help understand.

The main thing is that you're doing good, keep up what you're doing and the gains will come, dont try and put in extra girth exercises you're not ready for as you might injure yourself. good luck man

I agree with these guys- just stick with it and good things should come eventually. Plus, at just over a month in its way to early to make a fair assessment of the effectiveness of your routine. Let's see how things look at the 90 day mark!
