Hey guys,im a newb,and ive been wondering,to reach a basic goal of lets say,1.6-2.0 inches,is jelqing,kelging,stretching,v jelqs(more simple exercises,not like hanging or clamping) enough?,i know everyone has a different program,but has anyone seen good results with just those basic exercises and combinations?,im new here so any special mentions would work.(im 18,kind of a late bloomer).
