I'm 5 months into my PE journey, completed the JP90 routine and for the last 2 months have been doing a lot of stretching and tugging. EQ has improved, but girth gains have been minimal ( about 1/8 to 1/4 inch ) and my length has not changed. So here's my question, should I look into hanging and/or pumping to loosen up my very tight ligs? Any suggestions are appreciated.
