Hello, I just started my forth week of PE today. I jelq/stretch Monday-Friday. Warm-up for 5 mins, stretching for 5 min, jelqing for 10 mins, and lastly warm-down for about 5 mins I know many of you will probably think that is too much for a beginner but its kind of the only schedule i can follow at this point. Anyways, after jelqing today I noticed I was sore for about 1 1/2 hours. The soreness is completely gone now. I'm just wondering if the soreness is normal or am I over training? But remember the soreness is gone now so it makes me feel like i'm okay. I just want opinions from fellow PEGYM members so I know that I am on the right track. Pretty much is soreness to be expected?
