    Hi.

    Basically: happy with length (approx. 7 inches), would like more girth. Girth at the moment is about 4.75 inches, would like it closer to 6 inches, 5.5 would be fine.

    I've been doing PE on and off for a few years now so I think I'm conditioned for the Ulis. I might add about 100 jelqs.

    I'm going to follow a 5 on, 2 off schedule (or maybe 4 on, 3 off), comprising the following routine:

    10 minute warm-up
    6x20second Uli @ 80-90% erection
    6x50 Jelqs
    10 minute warm-down

    Starting stats:

    BPEL: 18cm
    EG: 12.5cm

    I decided to only measure BPEL as I'm also in the middle of losing fat, so NBPEL will be too variable to bother with. Suffice to say 1.5 - 2 inches of my penis is hidden by a fat pad...My measuring tape is only in centimetres and that's fine with me as it's more accurate.

    Target Stats:

    Length: not looking to add here, but if it bappens then it happens
    Girth: short-term 13cm; medium-term 14cm; eventual goal 15cm

      An uli is a variation on the squeeze.

      Basically, you squeeze at the base of your penis and hold for a set amount of time. It's a fairly advanced exercise.

              What I don't understand is ... why (or how) do Ulis work?
              Start (01/01/18) BPEL=6.25, MEG=5.00
              12/03/18 BPEL=7.25, MEG=5.00
              Restart (12/01/21) BPEL=6.50, MEG=5.125
              Current BPEL=6.50, MEG=5.125
              Next Goal BPEL=7.00 MEG = 5.50

                I believe it works in a similar way to clamping, it expands and streches the blood vesils and tissue and eventually able to hold that size with a full erection, i think but im no pro

                  As Dog1601 said, it's essentially a manual clamping exercise.

                  I find it better than the normal two handed squeezes. Though I couldn't tell you why.

                    I have decided to add 50 one handed jelqs after each Uli, see how that goes.

                    Jelqs are excellent but in my previous routine I'd do 600+ of them and it just got tedious. Now I'll only do 300 and the Ulis are quick themselves.

                      10 minute warm up
                      6x20s Ulis @ 80% erection hardness
                      6x50 jelqs
                      5 minute warm down

                      Did about 50 reverse kegels, and 3x20s reverse kegel holds.

                      Everything seems to have gone well. Will keep an eye out on PIs.

                            10 minute warm up
                            20s stretches: up, down, rough, left, and straight out (incorporated in the warm up)
                            6x20s Ulis
                            6x50 jelqs
                            5 minute warm down

                            Went well again. EQ has gotten better, and erections seem to come along easier

                            Might take a day off tomorrow.
