    Hi everybody. I just wanted to share this:

    This morning my girl was rubbing my morning wood through my boxers. She said she didn't know a dick could get that hard! There is absolutely no give in my erections now. My EQ is 9-9.5, sometimes even a 10. My girl was literally in awe. I was so happy she's been noticing my efforts paying off.

    All I do now is for EQ. Just 120 2-4 second jelqs 5 days a week, with loads and loads of kegels and reverse kegels every other day. No stretches or anything else. I was doing the kegels 5 days a week, then decided to tone it down a bit. Since I cut back, my EQ has gone even higher than I ever thought possible.

    I can honestly say, if my penis were an inch or two smaller, but I had the same EQ as I do now, I'd be happy!

    Thanks to everybody here at the gym who has offered advice and opinions, and given so much to their fellow PE practitioners. When done properly, these exercises can change your sex life.

    So keep it up guys!

          Gladhander, that's great! From the female perspective, EQ is MUCH more important than size. Glad you are having such success and that your girl appreciates it!

                  I have to say I agree with you there gladhander! A stonking hard-on is really important. Whats the point in having a big dick if you can't get the damn thing up!!

                    For EQ, it seems to me that less is definitely better. I think the stretching was causing lots of turtling and weaker erections. They were still better than I had before I started, but now that I am not stretching, they are MUCH better.

                      I love the ease of erections as well. I once got a stiffy from walking wearing athletic shorts. I had to slow down to try and cover it up!

                        Those things are amazingly simple and simply amazing.
                        Of all that I have learned in my PE voyage, the lowly kegel has had the greatest impact.

                          I agree. Size may look great, but without an EQ to back it up...
