I know it's better, nothing new here. There are a ton of other factors that go into being a good lover than just the size of one's dong. If you are already a very attentive and intuitive lover and know how to be in touch with a woman's body and emotions, then you don't need a big penis to be incredibly effective.

Whether it's better or not, and how much, is completely dependent on the particular woman's preference in question. I don't think saying it's better is accurate, but maybe could be better for some. Depending on how the woman is built, it may be the perfect size or too big for comfort.
