  • How to get longer lasting erections?

    Hey everyone,

    A few months back I started to experience trouble maintaining erections. I can get them to 100% but they last 10-12 seconds without stimulation, sometimes even less than that. Needless to say, sex with women was pretty bad and embarrassing. Especially the time it takes to me to put on a condom and start penetrating-- that's what kills me the most.

    Went to see an urologist, he gave me some viagra, it did make my dick harder but I still need stimulation to keep it 100% hard. After I came the first time, I could keep the erection 100% during 20 seconds without stimulation, so that's good.


    So on my 2nd appointment, I begged the urologist for a doppler test, but he refused saying I don't need one and that I don't have a Veanous Leak. I told him I used to jelq and stretch in 2010, he told me it doesn't matter as long as I didn't feel any pain during the exercices. I'm 26 now.

    So here I am, asking: what exercices would you recommend to obtain longer lasting erections? A forum member suggested edging but so far I don't think it's working. Oh and nothing involving jelquing, please. A kegel routine perhaps?

          A concerted effort should be made to delay stimulating yourself enough to ejaculate. The Stop and Start exercise (outlined in detail here) would be a good one for you to try, and the techniques used for this exercise can be used with good effects during sexual intercourse.

          You didn't make any mention of anxiety, which in and of itself can trigger premature ejaculation. Stop and Starts (actually all of your exercises) should be done with paying maximum attention to your "visualizations". This is NOT a reference to sexual fantasizing, but to projecting the type of emotions you wish to have during actual sexual encounters.

          You'll want to project a feeling of utmost confidence and being completely unencumbered. That way, you can focus on all of the sensations of the exercise. By doing this, when you do have live sexual encounters your emotions will be "trained", and the stimulus of a live environment will help you enjoy the experience even more.

            Thanks again Big Al. Honestly I tried this edging thing, I can't say it has yielded results yet. I was just wondering though, am I obligated to warm up in order to perform kegels? if not, what type of routine kegels would you suggest?

              Thanks. That's the thing though; it seems that me putting my dick into a vagina isn't the thing that arouses me the most anymore. But the condom really doesn't help. Kills my eq every freaking time.

                Lol. Condoms kill EQ for sure, unless you get specailized ones that don't decrease sensation.
                In fact there used to be a couple sites that supply entirely custom ones...I'm talking about even overboard..designs and weird shit.
                I would definitely do a KG/RKG routine and jelquing as well.

                You may want to consider adding L-Dopa or another dopamine booster. I'm not sure what your supplementation routine is....

                  Kegels and reverse kegels! when you get good at them after a good few weeks, start doing erect kegels to get used to how it feels to maintain a strong erection with the kegels. Practice with the stop-start technique like what BigAl talked about, and then incorporate kegels in a few months when you are experienced with it. Do you watch porn? If so, stop watching it, as this is typically the number one thing that relates to YOUNG guy's E.D. You need to retrain your brain!

                      Hey man. I just eat normally, no supplements. Usually 3 meals a day and a lot of coffee. That's about it...

                          Gotcha. Well, progression or regression, that's it. Today's a day gone by with a no exercise is progress lost for tomorrow. AKA, don't put it off - get on that ASAP...rverse kegel/kegel. Do your homework, but most importantly, practice CONSISTENCY. Discipline. Empower yourself in patience but in dedication.

                            The way my kegel routine is, I just do a bunch of regular kegels. lol yup! but if I feel that I have a tense pelvic floor, and that I'm getting involuntary kegels/kegel spasms, due to doing so many regular kegels, I'll just throw in some reverse kegels to relax my PC muscle/pelvic floor and balance things out.

                            Quite simple IMO, and it works!

                              I get kegel spasms randomly also. Especially since I started doing kegels lately. Thanks for your input!

                              Man my situation is so freaking depressing. Especially since I waited months for my 2nd appointment with the doc, only to get turned down for the doppler test. I'm also disappointed by Viagra. The way they portray it in the media and in general is that it keeps you hard non stop, without the need for stimulation, for hours. Not the case (I tried the 25mg pills)
