  • No gains after 9 months

    Hello,

I have doing my JP's 90 day routine since 11.2013 and I can't see any increases from 1.2014.
I;ve stopped doing warm up, but I dont think so that this could be a issuer.
My PI's are good. Anybody could tell me what i'm doing wrong?

    Thnks

So you've been doing JP 90 for 9 months?
It is a routine designed to condition you for more intense exercises (and you gained on the way), if you're looking for girth, have a look at Uli's first, mix them with your jelq sets.
How long do you jelq now? At what erection level?
Same for stretches? Reps and hold duration?
Directional stretches held for a minute would be a good thing to try, you may also like bundled stretches (girth+length).
There's so many exercises to discover!
If you're not edging I recommend you add it to your routine.

      Thanks for answer.
      My routin looks like that:
      1) stretches with 10 seconds hold & kegels - up to 10 minutes
      2) wet jelq on 40 - 60% EL - 20 minutes

Could you give me some link to these exercises? Or some more advanced routin?

JonPop strongly proposes warming up and down. He himself added little change to his JP90 routine over the years.
        Maybe you are overtraining.
20 minutes is fairly a lot for jelqing. maybe 2on/1off ?

You may also try following JP90 exactly as it's written.

Warming up is important, it helps with tissue elasticity and expansion, also it minimizes the risk of injuries.

Don't forget the importance of rest, take a week off every 6 weeks of training and a longer break every 6 months.

A deconditioning break may be helpful if you have hit a plateau.

Remember to do reverse kegels after your routine to balance your pelvic floor and avoid muscle overtraining.

A real man never hurts a woman. The woman came out of a man’s rib, not from his feet to be walked on, and not from his head to be superior, but from his side to be equal. Under the arm to be protected, and next to the heart to be loved. - Mrs. workin_4_it

I would increase stretch hold length from 10 sec to 25 sec. Or perhaps try the advanced jelq free routine from Big Al.

Thanks to all of you Guys, I would like to experiment with a following rutine:

                1) Boundle stretch - 10 minutes
                2) Jelq - 15 minutes
                3) Uli's x 3 reps

What are you thinking about that?
Maybe I really should add some warm-up to this routin.

Sounds good to me, start with 15 secs holds for Uli's, add a bit each work out until you reach 45s - 1 mn .
Have a look at Ultimate Jelqs if you haven't got a pronounced Corpus Spongiosum.
Warm up would be beneficial (rice sock or heating pad).
For now don't twist it too much with bundled stretches , increase over time, as well as the duration of the hold, start with 30 secs and add to it gradually
