I just became a member on this fine site.
I have read many of the threads in the beginner's forum, and decided to give JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine a go!
I started the routine a few days ago but i don't know if i am pulling and squeezing hard enough.
I hope i can gain 1" in BPEL, that would be perfect! I am not that interested in girth tho, i am doing this for my own ego, and not for her pleasure!
Sep-06 2010: BPEL 16.6 cm (6.5")
Test goal: 17 cm (6.7") (if i cant reach this within 90 days there is a big risk that is will stop doing PE)
Short term goal 1: 17.5 cm (6.9")
Short term goal 2: 18.0 cm (7.1")
Long term goal: 19.0 cm (7.5")
Is this reasonable goals?
