This will be my first post, I first heard about this stuff a few years ago and read the forums here... Some of the posts just seemed a little too perfect and formal, to be honest, seemed and in a way, still seems like a load of shit to me. If penis enlargement were so simple, why isn't it well know, why doesn't every guy in the world do it? But, lately my issue with my size, and how long I keep erections and erection quality etc, has got me wanting to at least try it, though I have a few issues, hopefully they can be more or less answered. This may be a long post I hope that's alright, I have a lot of questions.
First of all, I have determined my LOT (6 o clock) but for some of the other things I don't really have a clue how to do it. For example, V Jelqs, I am a visual learner and can't really read it and then put it to practice. Is there a video somewhere for V Jelqs I could follow?
I would like to follow the 90 day program, however at this time I will be unable to purchase lube, or the supplements that were presented here, I understand you can do dry jelqs, but not sure if you can do that for 90 days. The closest thing to lube I could use would either be canola or extra virgin olive oil. Besides that, I would be doing this in the bathtub/shower, so would just water be alright? Should I even bother with the program since I cannot get those supplements or a good lube?
As well, getting a full erection seems to prove difficult for me. I am 25 and I have looked at porn for many years, and I think it has had an effect. Also due to depression and perhaps not the healthiest lifestyle, not much exercise, I'm sure that contributes as well. My erection seems to vary a large amount. I have measured for sure, 7 inches before, though this was years ago when i was 17-19 years old. I also believe I had an accurate measurement at the thickest part of my penis, of 6.2 inches of girth. However it really varies, my penis is always pretty fat, but length can be only 5 1/2 sometimes, its really quite annoying. My penis is almost shaped like a baseball bat kind of, in that its the skinniest at the base, and it gets fatter as it goes up, towards the middle/end right before the head, its at its thickest.
Basically, measuring will be a great issue as I can't seem to just get a massive erection very often, and when I manage to get fairly hard, the MOMENT I try to either take a picture or measure, the erection begins to subside. Not sure what to do about this, if I can't measure my penis now I'll never know if I am making progress. Also, being that my penis is a decent bit skinnier at the base than the rest, definatley noticeable. is there a way that I can make that part thicker around?

My goals would be, to increase size, I would be happy even with a half inch gain in length, and girth maybe half inch as well, in the right places. However the biggest goal is to have a more healthy penis, and improve my erection quality and the length I have one, and just be more confident in general in that area.
