    Hi guys I'm new to this whole site but started reading it and it really gave me a new sense of determination. Im new to the whole edging thing but think it could really help me out. I have a STU Fleshlight and have stopped watching porn for about 5 days now. I started attempting to edge last night but am having a hard time getting a routine to fit my problem. I dont last very long at all and my first two sessions are as follows:

    10/6: ~7 min multiple breaks due to PONR was able to kegel to not ejaculate stopped there with no ejaculation.
    10/7: ~6min breaks reached PONR mult times and couldnt kegel to stop.

    Im going to try again later tonight but some help in creating an easy routine to help me build some confidence and practice would be much appreciated!

      And if you haven't already done so, please https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...cess-here.html and focus on safety. Then pick one of the manual beginner routines to follow for at least 90 days to condition your penis, as TPW wisely advised, most members here choose JP90.

      Please refer to the sticky threads in the Premature Ejaculation Forum for information on how to increase your stamina and control your arousal. I recommend you balance your pelvic floor with a kegels (regular and reverse) routine and focus on the mental aspect.

      Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

          Hi PonrProbz! Welcome to the Gym! The most important word in Stamina Trainging Unit is training. Don't be hard on yourself. It doesn't happen over night.

          Often these things work like a lot of other forms of learning. You try and try and appear to fail and fail, and then all of a sudden you get a burst of success. Just keep working on it and you'll surprise yourself in good time.

            Oh, I just reread your original post. Regarding the routine suggestions you asked for. I don't have an STU. I have a Destroya model. I was under the impression that the STU came with a detailed program. Did it not come with one, or is it just not helpful to you? Thanks!

                  The material is great but im not looking to grow length and girth just increase stamina. Any advice and beginner routines on this would be much appreciated!
